Startup Management သင်တန်းသည် Startup လုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုကို စိတ်ကူးအဆင့်မှသည် စနစ်တကျအောင်မြင်သော စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ Startup အများစုသည် အကြံဉာဏ်ညံ့ဖျင်း၍မဟုတ်ဘဲ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအားနည်းခြင်း (ဥပမာ - ငွေကြေးစီးဆင်းမှုရှုပ်ထွေးခြင်း၊ အပတ်စဉ်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် KPI တိုင်းတာမှုမရှိခြင်း) ကြောင့် ကျရှုံးရလေ့ရှိသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ဤသင်တန်းတွင် အောက်ပါအချက်များကို အဓိကသင်ကြားပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည် -     - စနစ်တကျစီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း (Management): ကိုယ်တိုင်အပင်ပန်းခံလုပ်ဆောင်နေရသည့်အဆင့် (Running) မှ လုပ်ငန်းအလိုအလျောက်လည်ပတ်နိုင်မည့် စနစ်များတည်ဆောက်ခြင်း (Managing) သို့ ကူးပြောင်းပုံ။    - တည်ထောင်သူ၏တာဝန်များ: Founder တစ်ဦးအနေဖြင့် ငွေကြေးစီးဆင်းမှုကို တင်းကျပ်စွာထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း၊ မှန်ကန်သောလူကိုရွေးချယ်ခြင်းနှင့် အရောင်းဗျူဟာများချမှတ်ခြင်း။     - အဓိကလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အာရုံစိုက်ခြင်း: ဝင်ငွေရရှိစေမည့် Core Activities (Sales, Delivery, Payment) များကို ဇောက်ချလုပ်ကိုင်ပြီး မလိုအပ်သောအချိန်ဖြုန်းမှုများကို ဖယ်ရှားခြင်း။     - SMART Goal နှင့် KPI: ခံစားချက်ဖြင့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်မချဘဲ တိကျသောရည်မှန်းချက်များနှင့် တိုင်းတာနိုင်သော ကိန်းဂဏန်းများဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းကိုတိုးတက်အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။
