She holds a PhD in Foreign Direct Investment and an MSc in Financial Management from Middlesex University, London. Her academic excellence has been recognized internationally through ABE UK’s Top Paper Prize in Cost and Management Accounting and the Education for Commendation Award (2023). She is also a Fellow of ABE UK and serves on its Global Advisory Committee, contributing to global education policy and professional standards. As Founder and Academic Director of BIY College and Cofounder of Heroes International School, she champions innovative, valuesdriven education that nurtures future leaders. Her international professional experience includes serving as a Code of Conduct Auditor for GoodCorporation UK and a Foreign Exchange Consultant at FX Currency Services London, strengthening her expertise in responsible governance and global financial systems. A seasoned trainer since 2007, she has empowered NGOs, banks, and womenled SMEs through capacitybuilding in Financial Management, Total Quality Management, and Leadership. As Myanmar’s focal point for the BPW Federation and a member of the MYANWEN Management Committee, she actively advances women’s leadership, ethical entrepreneurship, and community development.
